- We only accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed and that have their original tags on them and must be returned within 30 days of date of delivery.
- Our processing time for all returns is 7 to 10 business days from the time it has been received at our distribution center.
- Refunds are issued as a store credit in the form of an e-gift certificate.
- If your item(s) have an imperfection or damaged then you have 2 days from date of delivery to contact us at returns@nassaliwear.com to request store credit in the form of an e-gift certificate.
- If you received the wrong item you have 2 days from date of delivery to contact us at returns@nassaliwear.com to request store credit in the form of an e-gift certificate.
- Returned gift receipt items will be issued a store credit in the form of an e-gift certificate.
- All refunds are issued within 72 hours after our 7 to 10 days processing period.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
- Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for any returned goods until they have been signed for at our distribution center. It is important that you send through a tracking postal source so that you can track your items while they are in transit.
