Return Policies

 

  1. We only accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed and that have their original tags on them and must be returned within 30 days of date of delivery.
  2. Our processing time for all returns is 7 to 10 business days from the time it has been received at our distribution center.
  3. Refunds are issued as a store credit in the form of an e-gift certificate.
  4. If your item(s) have an imperfection or damaged then you have 2 days from date of delivery to contact us at returns@nassaliwear.com to request store credit in the form of an e-gift certificate.
  5. If you received the wrong item you have 2 days from date of delivery to contact us at returns@nassaliwear.com to request store credit in the form of an e-gift certificate.
  6. Returned gift receipt items will be issued a store credit in the form of an e-gift certificate.
  7. All refunds are issued within 72 hours after our 7 to 10 days processing period.
  8. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
  9. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
  10. We are not responsible for any returned goods until they have been signed for at our distribution center. It is important that you send through a tracking postal source so that you can track your items while they are in transit.
